4. Chemical stress: This is very common in people who are addicted to some kind of drugs like alcohol, smoking. 5. Nutritional Stress: This kind of a stress mainly happens to the people who are facing some kind deficiency diseases. They always get upset about their health and live a very stressful life as they have to take medication to be healthy and do the things normally. People facing this kind of stress normally gets frustrated and start reacting on very small things.
